If you should be trying to attain nonduality and oneness, you first have to come face to face along with your experience of duality, your experience of conflict.

If you're fortunate enough in meditation, you can come to the point wherever you can't bring it anymore. You will come correct against your opposition to this moment and may believe that you really need to get up, you have to keep yourself using this moment. Meditation can become also uncomfortable.

If you never stand up and work to the kitchen to eat a dessert, you'll damage your nose. If you don't damage your nose, you will shake about in your seat. If you do not wiggle in your seat, you will distract yourself along with your thinking. You will determine the meditation as a failure; that you did not obtain the satisfaction that you got recently and you'll try to escape from it.

It's the natural reaction, because it is not only that you will be resilient to this moment, you are the weight to the moment. You exist since the opposition to the moment.

And therefore the challenge is in meditation when you find yourself in weight, are you able to find a method within you to ultimately submit yourself totally to the moment. Can you find a way to offer your self up so that there's just this moment.

Because strain and conflict can only just exist between two split things. Strain can only just occur in duality. There's to be you and this moment for strain to exist.

If you'll find a way at a subtle level to surrender this "you" that is split out of this moment, this "you" that's in struggle with this specific time, then all which is left may be the nonduality with this moment. All which is left is awareness. There might be number tension in nonduality. There might be no struggle when there is only oneness here.

You then learn to remain as this nondual formlessness. You learn to be without having to agreement in to being you.

In the event that you strategy this moment together with your religious beliefs and understanding and most of the judgments that include that, if you strategy that moment as a person trying to get something out of this time, you'll never reach that moment. You'll never attain nonduality and oneness.

But if you're ready to offer it all up actually only for this moment then you definitely will discover true peace. If you are prepared to forget about yourself and allow your self belong to nonduality then you can knowledge oneness and the freedom that is included with that.

Frequently teachings of nonduality and oneness come with the false idea that having an enlightened instructor is wrong. And this can be a false understanding.
